The Hellfighter
We are a team of three guys; a firefighter/paramedic, a soldier/jailor and an oil field/diesel mechanic, who've been through rough times both at home and at work. We bring mental health awareness from a mans point of view to each episode by discussing the different manners in which guys deal with their mental stress and/or addictions. We'll talk about stressful scenarios we've encountered at work and the traumas we've endured in our personal lives as well. We will also be interviewing several individuals who live interesting lives despite going through trials and tribulations. We hope that in doing so we might encourage those experiencing tough times to seek help or at the very least voice their issues to a friend or loved one.
